1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service

By accessing or using chainveda.com (the “Website”), requesting a product demonstration, or interacting with our hosted demonstration environments (the “Sandbox Demos”), you enter into a binding agreement with ChainVeda(“Company”, “we”, “our”), represented by Ashutosh Parihar, Bangalore, Karnataka.

If you are accessing the Website or requesting demonstrations on behalf of a corporate entity, brand, or retail organization, you warrant and represent that you hold necessary organizational authorization to act on that entity’s behalf.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Proprietary Modeling

All proprietary algorithms, architectural designs, user interfaces, mathematical formulas, diagnostic matrix layouts, and software assets featured across the Website—including without limitation:

• The 12-Box Velocity × Coverage Diagnostic Matrix and associated inventory classification logic.
• The Rogue PO Shield automated purchase-order suppression mechanisms.
• The Multi-Echelon DRP Engine, Virtual Hub ATP reservation models, and carton rounding calculations.
• The Universal Ingestion Studio mapping models and schema infill logic.
• All logos, trademarks, visual mockups, copy, and code in connection with ChainVeda.

are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of ChainVeda and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international intellectual property conventions. Nothing herein transfers or licenses any intellectual property rights to users except the limited right to browse the Website and evaluate software capabilities.

3. Interactive Simulators & ROI Calculator Disclaimers

The interactive simulators featured on the Website—including the ROI Simulator and the Interactive Health Matrix—are educational estimation tools engineered to simulate directional outcomes based on empirical retail benchmarks and mathematical holding-cost models.

4. Permitted Use & Evaluation Conduct

When accessing the Website and demonstration sandboxes, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or reconstruct proprietary algorithms or source code.
• Utilize automated crawlers, scrapers, headless bots, or spam tools to flood forms or trigger denial-of-service conditions.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or impersonated corporate credentials in demo booking forms.
• Attempt to bypass security headers, rate limits, or access controls implemented across our application layer.

5. Confidentiality of Prospective Client Data

We acknowledge that prospective clients may choose to share high-level operational metrics or sample data dumps during customized walkthroughs.

ChainVeda agrees to maintain strict commercial confidentiality regarding all proprietary operational information disclosed during evaluation discussions. Confidential information will not be shared with third parties or competitors, and will be used solely to evaluate platform suitability.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Website and hosted sandbox environments are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or bug-free operation.

To the fullest extent permissible under Indian law, ChainVeda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, demonstration models, or informational resources provided herein.
